Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl, then sprinkle in the minced garlic.
Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the ingredients.
Gently toss everything together to ensure the pasta and toppings are evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For an added crunch, sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top just before serving.
