1tablespooncoconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Pour half of the melted milk chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a rectangular layer using a spatula.
Evenly sprinkle the crushed pretzel rods over the melted chocolate, pressing them down gently to adhere.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same method as the milk chocolate.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pretzels in a swirling motion for a decorative effect.
Scatter the mini M&M's candies on top of the layers, followed by a sprinkle of sea salt for that perfect sweet-salty balance.
Carefully pour the remaining melted milk chocolate over everything, ensuring it's completely covered.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the bark set for at least 1 hour, or until it becomes firm.
Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Serve on a decorative platter or in a gift box for a sweet treat gift. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate or a sprinkle of crushed pretzels before serving for an extra touch.
