Instructions
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the zucchinis. Use a mandoline slicer or sharp knife to cut them into thin slices (about 1/8 inch thick).
In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss gently to coat each slice.
Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the zucchini slices, ensuring all are evenly coated.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don't overlap.
Lightly spray the tops of the zucchini slices with cooking spray to promote crisping.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes to enhance crispiness.
Notes
Serve in a rustic basket lined with parchment paper. Pair with a homemade dipping sauce for extra flavor.
