Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey.
Add the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
Mix everything together until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the glaze.
Brush half of the honey garlic glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve slices of the glazed meatloaf on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley or chives for a vibrant touch. Pair with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
