Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and evenly pour the olive oil mixture over the top, ensuring all the fillets are well coated.
Marinate the fish for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.
